Accurate Machine Products is seeking a self-sufficient CNC Mill Machinist to work in a small, but fast growing, job shop.
General Responsibilities may include:
- Programming a wide variety of parts using Yasnac (Fanuc comparable) controls in a job shop environment.
- Set-up CNC Mills for short quantity runs.
- Operation of CNC and secondary equipment including manual mills and lathes, saws and grinders as needed.
- Maintain high quality standards, monitoring machines and operators.
- Working with a small team, assisting in all shop duties required.

This position is best suited for someone with a passion, desire and commitment to the CNC Machining trade.
We love to see candidates with:
- 3-5 years of G&M code programming experience, preferably with Yasnac or Fanuc controls.
- Print to part experience, including programming, set-up and operation.
- Technical or College level education a plus (High School Diploma or GED is the minimum requirement)
- Quality testing and documentation experience.
- Proven dedication through longevity with former employers
- Leadership skills with a desire to train and advance into a leadership role
- Any experience with or exposure to Fusion 360 a plus.
