CNC Lathe Machinist

Accurate Machine Products is seeking a self-sufficient CNC Lathe Machinist to work in a small, but fast growing, job shop.

General Responsibilities may include:

  • Programming a wide variety of parts using Fanuc controls in a job shop environment.
  • Set-up CNC Lathes with live tooling, multiple turrets and bar feeders for short quantity runs.
  • Operation of CNC and secondary equipment including manual mills and lathes, saws and grinders as needed.
  • Maintain high quality standards, monitoring machines and operators.
  • Working with a small team, assisting in all shop duties required.

This position is best suited for someone with a passion, desire and commitment to the CNC Machining trade.


We love to see candidates with:

  • 3-5 years of G&M code programming experience, preferably with Fanuc controls.
  • Print to part experience, including programming, set-up and operation.
  • Technical or College level education a plus (High School Diploma or GED is the minimum requirement)
  • Quality testing and documentation experience.
  • Proven dedication through longevity with former employers
  • Leadership skills with a desire to train and advance into a leadership role
  • Any experience with or exposure to Fusion 360 a plus.

Must Have
