We strive to meet or exceed the expectations of our customers every time. This applies to both internal and external customers.
ISO
Accurate Machine is currently in the process of implementing an ISO 9001:2015 quality program. The program is to be complete the 2nd quarter of 2024 with certification to follow before the end of the year.
AMP has embraced the philosophies and techniques of ISO from management thru to the shop floor. Our implementaion process was started with the belief that a properly thought-out ISO 9001 program will bring true value to the business and its customers.
We are looking forward to our certification as we strive for continuous improvement.
While external customers are required to do business it is important to consider that it is our internal customers that we work with side by side. If we service our internal customers as if they were external customers the cumulative effect will be unmatched quality and service.
