It must be remembered that internal customers are just as import as our external customers. While external customers are required to do business it is important to consider that it is our internal customers that we work with side by side. If we service our internal customers as if they were external customers the cumulative effect will be unmatched quality and service.
We are in the initial stages of restructuring our quality procedures and documentation to become ISO compliant.
