Accurate Machine Products is a leading precision manufacturer specializing in prototype and short run machining.  We are seeking an experienced 1st Shift CNC Lathe Machinist Supervisor.  The lathe supervisor is a highly skilled individual with strong leadership and mentoring capabilities.  Ideal candidates will be responsible for scheduling, programming, operation and oversight of the CNC Lathe Department.  This is a working supervisor position.

Primary Job Duties:

·         Schedule and monitor jobs within the Lathe Department.

·         Programming complex prototype and production parts using Fanuc controls.

·         Adhering to and maintaining quality standards throughout the machining process.

·         Training, directing and monitoring 1-3 employees on multiple machines.

·         Complete all related paperwork and interface with ERP system.

 

Ideal Candidates Should:

·         Have a passion, desire and commitment to the CNC Machining trade.

·         Have extensive experience with CNC machining, programming, tooling, operation sequencing.

·         Have experience in a “job shop” environment – highly technical parts, low quantity runs.

·         Experience with Fusion 360 is a plus.

·         Knowledge of ISO standards and procedures

 

Qualified Candidates Must Have:

·         3-5 years of G&M code programming experience, preferably with Fanuc or Fanuc equivalent controls.

·         Print to part experience, including programming, set-up and operation.

·         Accuracy in reading and comprehending complex blue prints.

·         Proficiency with various quality measurement, testing and documentation processes.

·         Demonstrated leadership skills.

·         Proven dedication through longevity with former employers.


What We Offer



    Pay consistent with experience, starting at $25-30/hour

    1st shift hours, Monday through Thursday, 10 hours per day, giving you the opportunity for a 3 day weekend!
